- Recognition that we have or may have a set of ongoing needs to support the Meeting toward which a trusted servant could serve. These needs require a role called Rapid Response coordinator.
- From time to time, unexpected events occur that require a response that must be faster than the next scheduled business meeting, or indeed the next ‘called’ business meeting. The person in this role is responsible for addressing or responding (not managing) when events arise that require quick dispersal of group funds [although this coordinator will not have standing access to group funds, but may call a group conscience meeting to understand the group’s position on events], official responses—within the Traditions—to outside parties, and responses in case of disaster, death, funerals, grave injury, legal action, or any other spot event.
- Matters financial have special guidelines within the Traditions/are sensitive, so it may require the person in this role to either create, tune, and certainly abide by Tradition-centric language related to group funds.
- WhatsApp experience and on-line consistency is required. Also required is being active in the group for one year or more, to increase the likelihood that key members and a variety of members will be comfortable 24*7 responding to the Rapid Response Coordinator.
